I’m a Cloud and Infrastructure Specialist and Microsoft Certified Trainer based in Muscat. I started out as a system administrator in Egypt, then spent seven years in Saudi Arabia running multi-site Windows and Linux infrastructure for a holding group: Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V failover clusters, SonicWALL firewalls, and eventually the migrations to Azure and Microsoft 365. Since 2019 I’ve been in Oman training full time, and I’ve now delivered more than 250 courses across the Gulf on the same systems I spent those years managing. I hold three Expert-level Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, and Cybersecurity Architect), along with credentials from AWS, Google, VMware, Red Hat, and the Linux Foundation. Every course I run is backed by real labs, because I teach the errors I’ve already hit and the fixes that actually worked.
